Yesterday marked my 3rd working years which was also my 3rd years with Mesiniga Berhad. Times sure fly when I noticed that my last post is dated more than a year ago.
Needless to guess, things changed and I changed too. Be it better or worse, here am I, finally found some time, space and heart to ink some memory here. I am waiting for the terrible traffic of KL to subdue actually, at Bursa Malaysia my biggest and most important client.
By the way, I was officialy aged 27. Just 3 years shy away from the number you know what.
As said, I am still with Mesiniaga Berhad. If you do remember or have been following my previous posts, I am working on a big project on Bursa Malaysia and was very hype and passionate about it. I can assure you, it was as dramatic as how it was written in reality. So, how am I now after all those hypes and drama?
All I can say is, I am glad that I chose to endure all those challenges and the rewards are sweet.
I got 2 major increments on my paycheck at 27% and 50% respectively which makes my salary now double of the amount I get when I joined the company. I got to personally meet my company COO when my General Manager lobbied me to him for my outstanding performance on the project. This is where I got my biggest increment. I got promoted to System Analyst and entruted to lead a big module with full trust from the customer and management. And I got selected as one of my company 50 top talent, and will be polished for future management role.
I am glad that I could get this far in just 3 years.
As a matter of fact, the stepping stone that molded me into what I am today, is a mentor of mine which is also my collegue. He was the one who hard sell me to the management when I am still a nobody in Mesiniaga, nurtured me and finally gave a big opportunity to prove myself.
All nights will come to an end and sunshine will always appear no matter what. True enough, when one managed to survive the ordeals, good things will always come at the end.
Guys, my intention is not to flash my "trophies" to the world though it seem like it. I just need a place to pour my happiness and hypes so that I can revisit this feeling in the future when I came across this archive. When comes to works, things become secretive and complicated. I can't be sharing all this to my colleagues. Hence allow me to do it here.

Do you want, a Time Machine ?
It was a Sunday night, and because I am taking a day leave tomorrow I have decided to sleep late today. All TV shows were boring and there is not much updates from social media perhaps because it was a moody Sunday night.
Therefore, I went through my assorted photo collections that were captured via my SLR. I am particularly hyped and excited when going through photo collections of my Uni Time. Especially those mini-traveling moment with my close friends.
I have went through all of those photos.
I laughed alone in my room. All the fun memories were flashing back one by one as it felt like just happened yesterday. Out of hyped, I quickly threw out few comments on a FB group chat in hope I would spread my excitement around. However, the result was not a good one.
And I am finally brought back again to harsh reality. Those good times were a past.
And I understand that. I am always a person that could accept facts and reality. But I am too, a person that would sometime revisit my past memories for a good-o-laugh.
There were more than a time, when I am lying flat on my bed with eyes closed while waiting my brain to pass out. I hope for a chance to revisit my past and to relive it again.
Maybe via a Time Machine.
So, before my brain pass out on me, I could usually imagining a story that will be started mostly from my secondary school time till..... I forget cause I have finally slept.
But most of those imaginary story, is to revisit those good time and how to make it more perfect. That's is the key of whole point. Make it a perfect storyline.
But today, when I was trying to have another round of imaginary time machine before I felt asleep, it does not go as smooth as previous. Something just popped in my mind.
It was a simple question.
A question that sound like "Are you sure if you are able to relive your past, would you be able to produce and re-experience all of those sweet memories?"
That is when my mind started to wander for quite a time. And I have decided to spring out from my bed to blog this down.
At his point of time, if somehow a time machine appears in front of me. And this machine would have setting for me to decide what date I would like this world to reverse and with a push of button, everyone of this earth would relive the past once again.
But me would have an exception, which is my current memories would not be wiped out. Which mean I will be aware that I am reliving the past.
So, would I push the button or not?
An hour back, I would definitely push it without due consideration. But now,
No Thanks.
The reason is, I have no confident and believe that I could re-experience those sweet memories and nostalgia again. It would impossible or just too hard.
Imagine I chose to start relive my 1st year in UM. What would I do?
I know what I will do, and for sure it will not be the same actions that I have took originally. I would be more outstanding and avoiding mistakes that I have done. For obvious reason, I do not think I would be fooled enough to revisit painful experiences.
And because of all those actions that I am actually over-writing my past. Would change everything in my future. Ho Lim would not be the same anymore.
With such a strayed course, there is no point of revisit the past anymore because it has defeat the initial intention of doing so.
Most probably I would have joined different gang of friends and would not be as fun as the friend I have now. Or maybe I would be tied up in a relationship early, and my entire 3 years of Uni Life, are just memories of me and her.
And maybe because of that, all of my close-friends today might become just a hi-bye friends in the future.
I would probably break-up and end up have nothing but numbers of hi-bye friends.
Now, when my common sense kick in. I am sure relive the past is not a good idea. And just like watching a damn good movie. No matter how good it was, it will never feel that good when you planned to watch it for 2nd time onward.

Ride the Tide, Catch the Tornado
I wonder if there are still friends who check on my posting since I have abandon my blog for quite some time. If anyone is reading this, Thanks, for having interest in my life.
I am busy.
Busy with work of course. My first year of work is nothing compare to what I am going through right now. But it doesn't mean a bad thing.
It was actually one of the best thing happened to me! Let me tell you why.
My company took a hard hit on several fail project, most seniors with valuable experience left the company, New hires are poorly performed, and existing experienced employees are over-burdened with jobs that yet to find its replacement.
No, I am not being sarcastic nor saying the opposite.
I am just 25 with only almost 2 years of experience. In a healthy company, my portfolio would be a junior who still need to be prep for at least another 2-3 years before anything to consider.
However, I saw a blessing in disguise. I saw the golden bridge in a strong tide and chaotic weather. And I decide to stand up and be counted.
At this point of time, it is not hard to be noticed by higher management. Their resources are scarce, they have very little people to trust. Most new hires are recruited with rush to fill the gap in project. At this point of time, it must be a moment of
"Is Now Or Never"
I am now embarking on a very large scale and value project. This project is so important because it will save my company reputation from its several failed project and will surely make the financial report healthier than it was now.
From a mere developer, I am entrusted with a role of System Analyst and had became one of the key person for this project. In a healthy company, it would took me 4-5 years to reach that level.
I have to admit, I was under immense pressure for first few weeks and had even reached a point of outburst and breakdown when dealing with customers. However, those were the past and I am glad that I could adjust myself pretty well.
Now, I am comfortable with my new roles and able to deliver my tasks with quality. If everything does go well. Next year, by the age of 26... would be My Year.
To my dear friends, we are fresh and have nothing to lose. When people are running away, we should also run, but toward the opposite end with Greater Speed !

Bit spices of Working Life
After
seasoned for a year and plus a little bit extra, fighting my own battle in this
enormous battlefield of corporate world, I started to taste some spices of this
mysterious corporate world. Every year, there will be this one particular day
where people will get all mix-emotion thingy.
What
else’s if it is not during the time when the company was supposed to announce increment and adjustment of individual payroll?
This is the time to know best, “Are you
been a valuable asset to your Company?” Or you are just “like many who are insignificant to your
company vision and core business, and because disposing you will be cost too
much, so.... maintaining your pay might be the cheapest thing to do”
For
what I believe, the action and reaction are the most honest answer. If your
salary didn't get revised/increased, that would probably mean that you are off
from the right track in company. That would also mean that whatever efforts you
have put in the past one year, may not seem significant to your company vision
(provided that you are not slacking off jobs). Which in crueler word, you
might be the expendable one.
Don’t
get me wrong about this, I am not saying that people who is not entitled to
raise/promotion is not good enough. What I mean is that the right people might
be in the wrong place. Just like asking Michael Schumacher to change Tyre instead of helming the cockpit.
If
this is the case, what would be your next move? Would you negotiate with your
boss and resort to resign as ultimatum? Or would you put yourself low enough to
beg your bosses and bombarded him with all sort of difficulties and inflation you are facing? Or are you the one who really know your true worthiness and
decided to put it in other place?
Ah!
I leave out one important move, which is most recommended by the employers. Work extra harder, prove your worthiness
and try again next year. For people that have been work like bull and upon
receiving this feedback, I am sure they will take it as an insult more to an advice.
Thing is, if one have been work like bull throughout the year, and have decided
to double the bull-eh for another year which turn out to be another disappointment,
one could imagine sort of psychology and mentality damage it could inflict.
For
what I think, salary increment/adjustment is the only way to gauge your future
in this company. One can work like bull and superman, but if all the efforts
were pour in area which is not within company’s core business per Se the boss
will not really going to care that much. Which mean, a coffee/office boy can
cut the paper, post the mail, make coffee and prepare files thrice as fast, but
at the end of the day, he might not get a fair share of increment just because
his efforts were not significant in bringing money on the table.
This
is one of the time, where you have to stand up and fight for you future. This
is a big and will be a long dreaded war for everyone. And in war, there is no
fair and square. Like the famous saying from ‘God Father’, it is just business and nothing personal.
One
can’t blame the boss for not increasing your salary. He got an account to watch
and he will always try his best to keep the payroll minimum while increasing
the revenue for the company. It is his job to do so. As obvious as it may look
like, the boss is fighting his own battle too. So there is nothing personal.
So, if you are really a key person in the company, he would definitely offer you
an increment/ adjustment/promotion without fail every year even in difficult
time, just to secure you in the company.
For
my case, very soon enough I will know my position in company. I have been
thinking a lot lately, mostly about my performance in the past one year. Well,
my next move would be a lot easier to decide after the result is known. One can’t
change the surrounding but always can change itself. Hence, may the luck and

2012, Through Heaven and Hell
It has been a while since I last pen down my blog. Works have been taking up most of my active time and concentration. And now, thanks to a nice and hot StarBuck coffee beside me, I have enough caffeine in my blood to colour my blog a little more. Once in the while, it feel good to have this affordable luxury.
People always tend to visit their history once in a while, when their mind are free. Just like me now, thinking back my journey a year back. The year of me stepping out from schools and start in limbo into my first career in life.
It was a very tough year when all the flashbacks streamed my mind. But the year ago ‘me’, somehow did not feel that worst. Perhaps it is my optimistic behaviour that always screened me from all the tough time. I am blessed indeed.
There are things I am proud of, such as my choice of company “Mesiniaga”. One year has passed since, and my desire to be with this company is still burning strong. Because I know this company can definitely bring me a better place.
2012 was also a years where I have to let go once in a life time opportunity to work and live at least once at the legendary New Zealand. It was a tough choice, between starting my career early or prolong my carefree life for another half a year or more. For the obvious, I have started my career early.
2012 was also a year where I have received both worst and best news in life. It was the year where I was surprised with humongous amount of house loan debt. Being the eldest son, I have limited choice but to step out early into corporate world in order to ease my parent’s burden.
This is also a year where out of desperate measure, I have decided to take up a business opportunity where I am not really proud of. It was a business where majority of people will have negative perception on it, and it is none other than a multi level marketing business. “Amway” is the company name. It is a good company with great product and the business can be really rewarding if one could managed to survive the challenges. However, direct selling business is still not my forte though I have working real hard to adapt to it.
Anyhow I have survived in this business for almost a year and have built quite a numbers of depths in my group. I must admit that during that time, I have learnt a lot of thing such as communication, reading people mind, team work and some sales skill. But at the end of day, I am not enjoying one bit doing sales and convincing people.
I guess the desire to release my father from the debt burden have fuelled me to go this far. However with job workload become heavier, I become more exhausted as days gone by. I work hard and fast during working hour and run my business at night. I have very limited time to sleep. All of this madness has continued for one year which to my amazed, I have not seriously fallen ill. I guess the desire to release my parent from this debt trap is so great till I could force myself to do thing I hate so much, losing friend and face.
Until one day,
My family destiny has taken a great turn. Due to something happen, which I wish to keep it silent, my parent was able to clear the huge debt and even have enough for a comfortable retirement.
From that day onward, my shoulder has never felt so light before. And the only force to drag or push me doing the business, is no more. Since then, I have halt expanding this business.
Actually I have never regretted my decision back in 2012. As I believe in every decision and actions, there will be give and take. Just like the moment I have let go my New Zealand plan, I am blessed with this job in company, the one year of involvement in networking business, I have gain experiences, skills and a foundation that other place can’t get.
Now that I have all the time and energy in the world, I have decided to pour all into my career and see where it can lead to. But I job alone would not satisfy my inner growing greed in future. And I believe I will run a business some day with great dignity. It will be a family business which will be inherited to my kin one day.

Happy New Mayan Year 2013
Happy New Year to whoever is still reading my blog !
Months have passes since my last posts. Though a lot interesting stuffs are going on but I always lost the mood to put it in words when I got the chance.
If I could live up till 100 years old, then this year is my silver year. That mean I am handsomely reached my 25th birth year !!
Life have been so great and counting. I have hell of fun doing my degrees and after that get hired by my current company which I am really having fun working on it till now. Almost one good year. I guess I am adapting to my new phase of life pretty well. And this phase of life will be a long ride. What will be waiting for me at the end ? I have no ideas. But I am very sure it will be GREAT !
Which mean I did not really decided or have a concrete plan on how I wanna drive my career train. I believe one decision you made today, might be the best for now but it might wont be the same 10 years later. So I will always be looking on my options when the time is right.
Right now, everything is seem to be set in really nice path. Great family, good career, and just lack of one particular element in life. This element seem so easy for others to acquire it. But it never been kind to me.
For years, I have been dying for it. A lot of crazy things I could do just to have it. But after all, it is still a stranger to me.
Right now, thought it will be a damn good thing to have it now, but I will not crazily pursue it anymore. Right now, I only need to focus on increasing my net worth, maturity and have a strong faith on destiny. When the time is right, the rightful one will come and I will know it, period.
On every first of January, with my family we will go to Thean Hou temple for prayer. And as always, I will draw a lot to seek for advice throughout the year. And this year is no exception. so I got picked a lot in witness and blessing of my god mother 'Boddisatva Guanshiyin'. And it was a Good Lot !
With that, I am very pumped up for this year !
A lot of good things is coming soon. Such as Chinese New Year and my father birthday. Ahh ! and also my salary revision is coming. An increment will be a superb news ! And for tomorrow, is my first 12 Km marathon of year 2013. Thanks to a friend who reminded me about it. I have no fear and worry as I have been hogging the treadmill for past few months. So I am ever ready !! If my left leg did not sustain heavy injury months back, it will be great though. Anyway, I believe I am set to go !
Too much to update in one go. But updates I will.Too much great stuffs to share though and it will be too bad if I did not pen it down.

Is All Good.
A good 8 months has past since my very first career.
8 months are a very lengthy duration. But if you are having fun and passion in whatever you are doing, it felt like days.
If you asked me, would I continue to embark on this path maybe for another or few 8 months ?
Without thinking twice, why not ?
I am glad that I have chosen the path to learn. A path where when one willing to learn, opportunities is there.
Working at IT vendor site is not as scary as many would think. Yeah it is tough for start.
A lot of 'coding' needed to be done. When you do not know how to do it, you will need to find a way to make it done. Get a related programming books, google web, consult seniors and others ways you could think of. As long it get done.
The process is not sweet. It is like back to uni time, but with 1000 times more seriousness. This is a war zone, because if you can't get it done, some one will.
In the beginning, my mind will always think, 'How To Do it' ?
It was my difficult time.
But when time goes by and I have pickup skills and experiences, now I could afford to think "How To Do it Best' ?
and it become fun to work on projects with challenging task.
However, in a ever changing and challenging IT industry, nothing will stay stagnant for long. So, I have to pickup new skills like IOS development and Sharepoint programming in order to be ready.
Any company will be more than happy if their staff is ready to be multi-skilled. Because with that, the account manager will have confident to bid tender for project that required those skill.
And I do felt the satisfaction and achievement when my skills and experience could put a dense in company's revenue.
so guys, we are still young and now is the high time to learn. Earning is important but don't make it a big priority. Go for Vendor and beat the challenge.

I TORE my pant !
Hahaha, as funny as it is, my office slack really tore today.
Quite a fuzzy morning for me. I was waiting my team at client site and only to find out that today my team would not be going in.
So I was heading back to office. Arrived at 10.15 AM or so. Only to realize that there was a meeting going on which required my attendance.
I joined the meeting late like an hour or so.
HAHA, when the clumsy me took a hard bum on the chair, my pocket was stuck on the chair's arm. With the momentum of my body, obviously my cheapo slack couldn't hold together.
And a nice 'tearing' sound was heard.
'Poker Face'
So now, my side way (not back side) got a 6 inch tore mark that reveal my tight. Lucky for me, I use wear pant type underwear which cover most of my meaty view. HAHAHAHA. However, wrong choice for me when I chose to wear yellow underwear instead of black.
Thanks to the color contrast, now everyone can notice it.
To cut the story short, I rocketed to nearby Subang Parade to buy a new slack. And to my pleasure, I found a slack which was so damn nice to wear.
The fabric is just so .... feel like home. So I bought it. RM90 net. And change it on the spot.
The tore pant somehow remind me of my excess meat and fat. So for today lunch, I opt for Subway Tuna sandwich.
Today damage on my wallet is " RM90 + RM62(petrol) + RM11(lunch) "
My account is so dry, it could crack up the bank. Literally. Good thing is, pay day is tomorrow yeah.

So now, my side way (not back side) got a 6 inch tore mark that reveal my tight. Lucky for me, I use wear pant type underwear which cover most of my meaty view. HAHAHAHA. However, wrong choice for me when I chose to wear yellow underwear instead of black.
Thanks to the color contrast, now everyone can notice it.
To cut the story short, I rocketed to nearby Subang Parade to buy a new slack. And to my pleasure, I found a slack which was so damn nice to wear.
The fabric is just so .... feel like home. So I bought it. RM90 net. And change it on the spot.
The tore pant somehow remind me of my excess meat and fat. So for today lunch, I opt for Subway Tuna sandwich.
Today damage on my wallet is " RM90 + RM62(petrol) + RM11(lunch) "
My account is so dry, it could crack up the bank. Literally. Good thing is, pay day is tomorrow yeah.

I can't memorize song. When come to this, my brain like a freak Alzheimer. But I do love listen to musics. Lot of it. Maybe my brain is just too dead for music lyrics.
My life till this very day, there is not much song that I could sing without lyric. But after some few thousands of repetition of certain songs for years,

What the Rich Know, and Poor Don't
Human is capable of creating an environment for themselves. We as a human could
change the environment to our liking. If human desire an environment where we need no
city or technology, and we are happy to live and share the nature habitat with fellow animals, then that
is the environment for most the human being will live in today.
But today, history prove that human have desire, greed and ambition. They do not
satisfy just to live in an environment provided naturally by nature. Human is the one who
is capable to mold the environment to suit them.
The way we live in this world today, is totally engineered by human. Gold, silver,
petroleum, and some paper called money are all made from earthly material. It already
exists for billion years. It is the human that put the 'value' in those cold dead material,and
make the whole world fighting for it.
People getting up to work, and paying all the bills and loans are also engineered
by human. The 80 20 rules is also created by human. The way our world / environment is
engineered today, is according to this 80/20 principal. Where it is designed in such
a way 80 percent of human will work for 20 percent of human. where only 5 percent of the
human will be successful and controlling 90 percent of the world wealth.
It is definitely not act of nature. It is human who design the environment. And
majority of people like you and me, just play by the rule. The education system is fix
up. On surface, school is to educate people so that they could read and write. But there
is a far beyond bigger purpose of that.
Schools, colleges and University are created with the purpose to pump in unlimited
supplies of labors into corporation. The rich and successful, understand very well the formula of
making money. their understanding of the way to create wealth is totally opposite of
what the labors/students understanding.
The rich believe in time leveraging. The knew high education and qualification is not
the answer. They do not need to be as smart as lawyer, they just need to hire a smart lawyer.
They do not need to good in calculation, they just need to hire the best accountant in town.
They do not need to know laws, just invest in a politician and adjust the law for them.
Professional till this very day, still believe that high education and qualification is
the answer for great wealth. Some further their study and obtain multiple Phd's, using up
large amount of their time increasing their rates. However, they never learn the concept
of time leveraging. No matter how expensive their knowledge worth, they are still One Man.
Their time value forever is 24 hours in a day. Their focus is to
find something to work on, that could pay their every single hour with high value. But one
man knowledge and rate is limited. They can't learn all the thing in the world. Thus it make
their rate to have a cap.
They all have undermine the power of time leveraging. The rich and successful do
not care how much is their hourly worth. Some do not even finish their secondary school. Speaking
of their rate, they might worth worse then a first-year student working part-time in restaurant.
They rich understand the power of time leveraging. They do not need to be the best brain
to create multi-million enterprise, he just need to hire one. And he will hire whoever and whatever skills and knowledge
he never have. And thus He have gain 10,000 extra hours a day. And thus, he has overcome the limited time factor. Which make
his potential earning unlimited. And that is what 5% of the people in this world is doing.
They are not the best in physic, maths, laws and etc. They are just some one
with average / poor result in academic who understand the law of wealth. By the way, who
created the courses in college anyway ? computer science, food tech, Estate management and
per se. If you could see this, then you will be surprise. This courses were there to cater
the workforce needed in corporation.
The corporation need those smarty pants people to move their business. By paying small amount
of compensation called salary to those smarty pants, they will help their business to grow
multi-million of dollars. Isn't a very smart thing to do?

group of 5%. Don't work too hard on something that you can't sold or own ! Job will stay
as job. The company and profit will still belong to others no matter how hard you work.
Worst still, you could not inherit years of your hard work to your son. You could not

Seriously, I do not believe 'study hard and get and work for fortune 100 company' will make
your life great. Job is not something for someone who have big dream. If you are looking for greater thing
in life, building your own business with a good system is the only way out.

Every Rich man, Need 500 Poor man
Could everyone in this world be wealthy ?
I come to a point, to understand that it is impossible for everyone to be rich. Even there is really a way to do it, but it will not be exercised.
Cause every rich man, need his own 500 poor man.
What is the point of being rich and wealthy but there is no one willing to serve you ?
It come to realization that most people is made / taught / engineered to be poor. Imagined for every 500 rich man, there is only 1 poor man to service them. Well the logic is pretty screwed as well. The high demand for that man service will soon make the poor man become rich too.
This is the law and ways created by human. And it has been like that for centuries. Well, I have no comment about how our system run, nor I have the sufficient power to change the other way round. So, I decided to play by the rule. But have an oath to join the rich man path.
I need my own 500 poor man to service me too. Hope you are not one of them.

Where is our right to protect ourself ? Guns !
Strict law in Malaysia, indeed.
But at the end it harm the citizen the most. I think.
Break-in robbery is not uncommon, in fact it happens everyday. Read the newspaper. It is known fact that we can not count on policemen to save us on time. They might good in aftermath investigation and cracking them down. But to stop the robbery, it is totally unreliable.
Of course, we have to understand that it is impossible for policemen to give complete coverage and lookout for every citizen. In fact, we have a shortage of policemen in our country. So, robbery will happen no matter what The mastermind / culprit will do their homework before taking action. That is why, we can't count on policemen to stop any attempted robbery in our current situation.
The question is, since everyone acknowledge the existence of this loop hole, what are we going to do to protect our family ? What choices do we have ?
The robber came in with various of motives. We will be glad if they just came in for money and items. But what if they want more than that ? If you know what I mean especially if your family have women. How if some of our family member with bad temper decide to use their fist to fight them off although we are strongly encouraged don't too !
Women get raped or molest by robber and men get chopped to death. Read the news.
What are we ready or plan to do if the robbers decided to visit our family one day ? Worst still, robbers nowadays come with guns and grenades. Our country is well known of its strict restriction on fire-arm. But still, robbers and gun-men could obtained their weapon easily.
Our law forbid anyone except policemen, military personnel and selected few people from owning any sort of firearm. The penalty of owning one of them is death sentence which I believe had reach the maximum strictness of one law can get.
Our law penalty is so strict it make everyone to think at least 10 times over before owning one of them illegally. But still, the robber and gangsters care a shit about that.
So now the badman got guns and bomb. But we citizen only have chairs and tables to defend our life and dignity. We can't count on policemen to arrive in time to stop them. We can't count on our neighbors to bring in stones and sandals to scare them off, so...
How are we plan to go through the hellish 10minutes to 1 hours of our worst nightmare in life?
Don't you think now is the time for Malaysia firearm act to be amended ? Just like USA, normal citizen could keep a small firearm in their house for self-protection.
I know everything have con and pro. But, why the double standard in Malaysia ? High profile people and rich man could own a firearm for self-protection, some even have the license to bring it out to public. The poor man like us could not. Is it mean that our life is cheaper than them ?
Statistic shows that robbery case happen more on ordinary household compare to the rich. Well it make sense to the max. The robbers are all looking for easy money. If break into unguarded middle income household is less riskier than breaking into some tycoon houses with 2 security guards armed with shotgun and knowing the fact that the house owner got a deadly automatic glock 17 with them, why take the risk ?
Is it not that our current law is helping the robbers to achieve piece of mind ? They knew we do not have guns. They knew our kitchen knife can't do a shit. And they knew the policemen would have at least 30 minutes respond time. Is it not that is much more easier to rob us than to rob a bank ?
Whether there is firearm act or not, those robbers care a shit. Their accumulated criminal record will end them up in jail for lifetime anyway, to hell with death penalty. How could they think correctly when their brain is already damage by drugs and estacy ?
I think, citizen should have the right to own a small firearm in house for protection till the day we do not need this kind of protection anymore. Literally mean that, until the day our policemen could ensure a very good crime control in our country, citizen should be allowed to protect themselves and not only rich man and politician.
Our life is very valuable too.

" If you said, we do not need firearm to defend ourselves before there is police to do the job, then why we need fire extinguisher in our house if there is fireman to do the job ? Why we need first-aid kit if there is ambulance and hospital to do the job ?"
A mind blowing question bombard back to the opposition.

Random Thought : USA vs CHINA. Who will win the War ?
I love to read on others opinions. Regardless of whatever issues and I think it is a very fun thing to do. Today, a question sparked in my mind. If China and USA are going for a death-match warfare against each other starting tomorrow, who will be victorious ?
Alright, I know in war nobody actually win and in fact all shall be labeled loser. So, if we going to measure this 'victory', let say whoever surrender or their government collapse and taken over by opposition force, then the winner is decided.
My opinion is, the greatest war on earth in the future must be between USA and CHINA. It is a known secret that the biggest concern of USA is CHINA unknown military power. Fact told us that USA is known as the most powerful military force in the world. They are superior and advance in term of weapon technology and air and sea warfare. Well, USA had spent nearly a trillion almost every year on their military expenditure which justify the reason of their mind blowing debt.
USA is really strong on military power is a known fact. And CHINA got no issue with it despite they got massive army and people on their land. I think this is why USA is quite worry actually. Nobody really know the true strength of CHINA. World statistic show that CHINA only spend 1/8 on the military expenditure compare to USA. By right, USA could worry less because with the amount CHINA invest, it will take 20 more years for them to at least catch up with current USA military technology advancement.
But still, USA was sending spy plane to check it out and there were several cases where it get shot down.Well, CHINA used to be a close-door economy country and just opened up few decade ago. If I was USA, I will not take it too serious in trusting the fact and figure provided by CHINA about their military expenditure.
So, back to the point. If war really breakout between this two superpower. Who will emerged victorious? Each of them got their unfair advantage.
The fastest way to end the war and decide the winner is by flexing their nuclear muscle at the beginning. In that case, after each country finish exchanging their nuclear warhead and I bet North Korea will happily fire few nuclear to USA too as gift to CHINA *chuckle*, whoever 'last man standing' will be declared a winner. Till then, I guess the president could only partying enjoying the victory moment on their flying plane or submarine some where far from their country because it will be too hot and radioactive to celebrate.
So I guess, both party will agree to ban nuclear warfare from the start and USA will most likely be the pioneer to suggest this rule. LOL, cause it will be no fun to play a Mexican-stand off with CHINA after all the trillions were spent on his military power. And I bet their allies will all run scattered for life and heavily fortified their border leave alone joining USA or CHINA for this greatest war in history to come.
Location / geography advantage
Though USA is smaller than CHINA, but their base and troops are all spreaded all over the world. Which to say, even before the war broke out, CHINA is already surrounded by USA existing bases and military. I guess the only place that will leave the opening for CHINA is on its north border with RUSSIA. Since RUSSIA is not really friendly with USA, I guess there will be not much to none USA military base over there. Hence, CHINA massive troop forces are confined in their vast land compared to US troops which are a lot lesser but they are everywhere.
Weapon technology
This is one tough factor to judge as nobody really know CHINA real fire power. Technology wise, the whole world is super confident with USA technology. You will be amazed if you try to watch few episodes of 'Future Weapon' in discovery channel. Other opinion said that it will be nearly impossible for CHINA to get a foothold on USA soil. As USA is very advanced in sea and air warfare. Speaking of transportation wise, it is either by air or by sea to deliver the troops. CHINA might have the most massive and strongest ground force in the world, but if all the ships and war planes get wiped and debunked before reaching the soil, the number mean nothing. But it will be unfair advantage for CHINA defenses. Such a massive forces will dry out USA bullets and still the troop's flow seem no end to it. It going to be a nightmare to those marines who fight their way in from the CHINA shore.
Politic
USA going to have a biggest headache ever. As many NGOs and opposition party pressure will crack their head. War in Iraq had caused George W. Bush his presidency. If USA decide to have war with CHINA, they must be ready to fight externally and internally. What will be the better time for opposition to make noise if not now ? And expect a lot of street demonstration and rioting which might rise from various of issues like insane spending of military expenditure, human right issue, war crime and whatnot. For CHINA, good thing is, they are not democratic to begin with and their people is use to that. If CHINA wanted a war, I guess their people will pour in their support.
Army
There are million of troops in CHINA even they have aliened themselves from any kind of war since long time ago. I believe if war happened, they could easily double and triple the amount. They have no problem conscripting their people compare to USA. What CHINA got is the number until a point that they have to set a rule to control their population. I bet they have no problem at all replenish their entire forces from scratch even if it get wipe off completely. USA will have problem with that. Intensive drafting their people into service will create internal havoc from the NGOs, Human right and whatnot. Not to mention USA population is only 1/6 of CHINA.
Economy
America is the biggest consumer in the world and is also CHINA biggest importer of their goods. So when
the war broke out between them, I guess both will face massive losses. USA will short of supplies in term of foods, minerals, raw resources and others, while CHINA will lost big chunk of income from USA. Not to mention that USA has outsourced a lot of manufacturing and production factories in CHINA land. I guess the factories will have to close down and further shorten US supplies. Of course, CHINA will face a little financial problem and issue of people losing their jobs. But I guess it is still not a deadly condition for CHINA as CHINA had experience to run their country in close-door policy for centuries. CHINA country can be self-sustainable due to their vast agriculture. That is a good thing about a CHINA which heavily rely on export economy. I will worry if I am USA.Because CHINA is their largest debter. USA rely heavily on CHINA loan to keep their economy running. But I guess CHINA must ready to bite the bullet to forget about the debt USA owe to them. So in summary, in case of war. CHINA will start concentrate heavily on their agriculture and farming in order to sustain the war. For USA, they got to look for loan and selling bond heavily out there in order to sustain their war. In long run, CHINA will have a better advantage. So, if I am USA, I will try to end the war quickly.
Alliances
This is a great unfair advantage for USA. History had shown that USA have many close allies such as Britain, Canada, Europe and a lot more. In time of war, this pacts have made their commitment to assist each other. This will easily increase USA military might several folds. For CHINA, which is feared of their sear troops number, this might be a bad news as it cut out their advantage of having a super massive troops.
I guess if CHINA will have allies to join him, high chances it will be RUSSIA and North Korea. Though the number of allies are significantly smaller compare to USA, but their strength is no joke. RUSSIA for one, is formidable for its military equipments and the infamous TSAR Hidrogen Bomb. North Korea is known for their big military forces and insane loyalty of their troops. Quite a balance if you ask me. The winning factor is depend on whoever allies decide to pull out from the alliance first to cap their losses. I guess Britain and few other European country wouldn't stay too long on the cause if they are very good on the maths. When USA declare war on Iraq, the victory is already decided. It is just a matter of weeks or months until the regime collapse. USA allies can see that. So without much word, they were jump along the bandwagon to claim a piece for themselves. But against CHINA and Russia ? with unknown victory and incalculable expenditure of war ? I doubt they will stay long enough to see the end of it.
Internal Sabotage
I grown up watching a lot of American movies like James Bond, Rambo, Navy Seal, CSI, CIA and tonnes of war gender movie. Which successfully tell the world that US have great spies and intelligent asset. I have no doubt if US finest spies and commando like in TEAM SEAL SIX will successfully create internal sabotage in CHINA military system. There is also a high chances for this group of elite to assassinate the important figures even in their protective own soil. Heck, if they could infiltrate Pakistan and assassinate OSAMA without the knowing of PAKISTAN government itself, they could do the same to CHINA too. Tougher but not impossible. Like North Korea, they are quite smart to figure out that they can't rely on submarine, warplane or battle ship to deliver the nuclear missile to America. It is impossible ! it will get sunk even before they could even spot America soil from far. That is why they only work on their long range missile all this while with latest rumor that their missile could reach Washington DC even launch from their capital Pyongyang. Wao, that will really chill OBAMA spine big time.

Alright, I know in war nobody actually win and in fact all shall be labeled loser. So, if we going to measure this 'victory', let say whoever surrender or their government collapse and taken over by opposition force, then the winner is decided.
My opinion is, the greatest war on earth in the future must be between USA and CHINA. It is a known secret that the biggest concern of USA is CHINA unknown military power. Fact told us that USA is known as the most powerful military force in the world. They are superior and advance in term of weapon technology and air and sea warfare. Well, USA had spent nearly a trillion almost every year on their military expenditure which justify the reason of their mind blowing debt.
USA is really strong on military power is a known fact. And CHINA got no issue with it despite they got massive army and people on their land. I think this is why USA is quite worry actually. Nobody really know the true strength of CHINA. World statistic show that CHINA only spend 1/8 on the military expenditure compare to USA. By right, USA could worry less because with the amount CHINA invest, it will take 20 more years for them to at least catch up with current USA military technology advancement.
But still, USA was sending spy plane to check it out and there were several cases where it get shot down.Well, CHINA used to be a close-door economy country and just opened up few decade ago. If I was USA, I will not take it too serious in trusting the fact and figure provided by CHINA about their military expenditure.
So, back to the point. If war really breakout between this two superpower. Who will emerged victorious? Each of them got their unfair advantage.
The fastest way to end the war and decide the winner is by flexing their nuclear muscle at the beginning. In that case, after each country finish exchanging their nuclear warhead and I bet North Korea will happily fire few nuclear to USA too as gift to CHINA *chuckle*, whoever 'last man standing' will be declared a winner. Till then, I guess the president could only partying enjoying the victory moment on their flying plane or submarine some where far from their country because it will be too hot and radioactive to celebrate.
So I guess, both party will agree to ban nuclear warfare from the start and USA will most likely be the pioneer to suggest this rule. LOL, cause it will be no fun to play a Mexican-stand off with CHINA after all the trillions were spent on his military power. And I bet their allies will all run scattered for life and heavily fortified their border leave alone joining USA or CHINA for this greatest war in history to come.
Location / geography advantage
Though USA is smaller than CHINA, but their base and troops are all spreaded all over the world. Which to say, even before the war broke out, CHINA is already surrounded by USA existing bases and military. I guess the only place that will leave the opening for CHINA is on its north border with RUSSIA. Since RUSSIA is not really friendly with USA, I guess there will be not much to none USA military base over there. Hence, CHINA massive troop forces are confined in their vast land compared to US troops which are a lot lesser but they are everywhere.
Weapon technology
This is one tough factor to judge as nobody really know CHINA real fire power. Technology wise, the whole world is super confident with USA technology. You will be amazed if you try to watch few episodes of 'Future Weapon' in discovery channel. Other opinion said that it will be nearly impossible for CHINA to get a foothold on USA soil. As USA is very advanced in sea and air warfare. Speaking of transportation wise, it is either by air or by sea to deliver the troops. CHINA might have the most massive and strongest ground force in the world, but if all the ships and war planes get wiped and debunked before reaching the soil, the number mean nothing. But it will be unfair advantage for CHINA defenses. Such a massive forces will dry out USA bullets and still the troop's flow seem no end to it. It going to be a nightmare to those marines who fight their way in from the CHINA shore.
Politic
USA going to have a biggest headache ever. As many NGOs and opposition party pressure will crack their head. War in Iraq had caused George W. Bush his presidency. If USA decide to have war with CHINA, they must be ready to fight externally and internally. What will be the better time for opposition to make noise if not now ? And expect a lot of street demonstration and rioting which might rise from various of issues like insane spending of military expenditure, human right issue, war crime and whatnot. For CHINA, good thing is, they are not democratic to begin with and their people is use to that. If CHINA wanted a war, I guess their people will pour in their support.
Army
There are million of troops in CHINA even they have aliened themselves from any kind of war since long time ago. I believe if war happened, they could easily double and triple the amount. They have no problem conscripting their people compare to USA. What CHINA got is the number until a point that they have to set a rule to control their population. I bet they have no problem at all replenish their entire forces from scratch even if it get wipe off completely. USA will have problem with that. Intensive drafting their people into service will create internal havoc from the NGOs, Human right and whatnot. Not to mention USA population is only 1/6 of CHINA.
Economy
America is the biggest consumer in the world and is also CHINA biggest importer of their goods. So when
the war broke out between them, I guess both will face massive losses. USA will short of supplies in term of foods, minerals, raw resources and others, while CHINA will lost big chunk of income from USA. Not to mention that USA has outsourced a lot of manufacturing and production factories in CHINA land. I guess the factories will have to close down and further shorten US supplies. Of course, CHINA will face a little financial problem and issue of people losing their jobs. But I guess it is still not a deadly condition for CHINA as CHINA had experience to run their country in close-door policy for centuries. CHINA country can be self-sustainable due to their vast agriculture. That is a good thing about a CHINA which heavily rely on export economy. I will worry if I am USA.Because CHINA is their largest debter. USA rely heavily on CHINA loan to keep their economy running. But I guess CHINA must ready to bite the bullet to forget about the debt USA owe to them. So in summary, in case of war. CHINA will start concentrate heavily on their agriculture and farming in order to sustain the war. For USA, they got to look for loan and selling bond heavily out there in order to sustain their war. In long run, CHINA will have a better advantage. So, if I am USA, I will try to end the war quickly.
Alliances
This is a great unfair advantage for USA. History had shown that USA have many close allies such as Britain, Canada, Europe and a lot more. In time of war, this pacts have made their commitment to assist each other. This will easily increase USA military might several folds. For CHINA, which is feared of their sear troops number, this might be a bad news as it cut out their advantage of having a super massive troops.
I guess if CHINA will have allies to join him, high chances it will be RUSSIA and North Korea. Though the number of allies are significantly smaller compare to USA, but their strength is no joke. RUSSIA for one, is formidable for its military equipments and the infamous TSAR Hidrogen Bomb. North Korea is known for their big military forces and insane loyalty of their troops. Quite a balance if you ask me. The winning factor is depend on whoever allies decide to pull out from the alliance first to cap their losses. I guess Britain and few other European country wouldn't stay too long on the cause if they are very good on the maths. When USA declare war on Iraq, the victory is already decided. It is just a matter of weeks or months until the regime collapse. USA allies can see that. So without much word, they were jump along the bandwagon to claim a piece for themselves. But against CHINA and Russia ? with unknown victory and incalculable expenditure of war ? I doubt they will stay long enough to see the end of it.
Internal Sabotage
I grown up watching a lot of American movies like James Bond, Rambo, Navy Seal, CSI, CIA and tonnes of war gender movie. Which successfully tell the world that US have great spies and intelligent asset. I have no doubt if US finest spies and commando like in TEAM SEAL SIX will successfully create internal sabotage in CHINA military system. There is also a high chances for this group of elite to assassinate the important figures even in their protective own soil. Heck, if they could infiltrate Pakistan and assassinate OSAMA without the knowing of PAKISTAN government itself, they could do the same to CHINA too. Tougher but not impossible. Happy Mother Day
Happy Mother Day.
My mom is hitting 50 this year and my father going to see his 60 soon. Time flies and wait no one. So do our parents ages.
As a son or daughter, what have we done to repay their deed so far ?
Is it enough ? If one day they had parted from us, would we cry with guilt in our heart because there are so much we want to do and give to them but at the end it never realize ?
Two sentences always lingered in my mind since I have heard it.
"Your success can wait, But your parent can't"
"Don't let your parent wait too long"
It is true that young adult like me at the age of 24 still have a long journey ahead. Peer of my ages, some start working while traveling oversea before their job would bind them, some still floating around few careers to see which job they hate the less. Some still chilling out at home hoping to strike a dream of their life-time job one day.
It is true also that we are young, and we could afford to waste few years or even 10 years.
But in life, how do you measure 'successful' ?
For me, the biggest success that I want to achieve in life, is to have my parents witness my successful. I believe, it is their biggest dream too before they expired.
So, I got to make a choice. Whether I would be successful at the age 50 and retired rich or be successful before 30 and retired rich. Either way, I would be successful. But the path is different.
My personality is very high on peaceful phlegmatic, so people with my temperament would automatically choose the 50 years plan as the life journey would be quite peaceful without much up and down.
But, I have chose the shortest plan. Because my parent do not have much time. If they go into their grave before I could bring them travel all around the world, I would be fucking hate myself. If I could not make my father a rich man and my mom body full of gold, I would also fucking hate myself.
My dream, is to achieve financial freedom before age of 30 and stop selling my time to the boss and give more time to accompany my parents.

Client Site
It had been 2 weeks since I was assigned to work at client site. Lucky me, I was assigned to MATRADE at Jalan Duta which is much nearer to my house.
And I get to witness this magnificent building structure and worked at 18th floor.
My first project. Most of the work was done by my Mentor. Hahaha. I will be here for another 30 days to come. Life have been treating me real good lately =D
